Hunt Preseason Fitness with First Family 5k is in the books … AND we finished in record time, well for this event anyway. BUT I learned a very valuable lesson about hunting preseason fitness that shed light on what I needed to change before this year’s hunting season kicks off. Thanks, First Family 5k.
It was a great time with the family and I am focused on doing more activities like this with them as to build a library of memories they can look back on and cherish. Some of my best memories as a kid was activities my parents included me in and I look forward to doing the same with my kids.
Time goes by so fast! Do not waste the time you have with your children. Teach them the outdoors, teach them fitness, teach them to hunt and teach them to make memories of doing it.
